Santorum's surge was incredible. Even though Mitt Romney won the caucus by only 8 votes, Rick Santorum is the one who deserves the attention. Nothing could be more than a win for the Senator. Unfortunately, Michelle Bachmann and Rick Perry are on their way out. And Newt Gingrich is probably going to step up his attacks on Mitt Romney for New Hampshire, which will hurt Mitt's campaign. And Ron Paul will most likely stay in until the last possible moment despite his numbers, as usual. Here is a more in-depth assessment.
As for me, Rick Perry and Michelle Bachmann were my favorite candidates. But it looks like they will just divide the votes if they stay in too much longer. I hope this doesn't turn into another 2008 election, with the votes divided. Conservatives should rally behind one candidate. So as for me, go Santorum 2012!
